1.1 We collect personal information about Users in order to enable Users to access and use the NFT Marketplace, to enable Users to perform transactions on the NFT Marketplace, to contact and communicate with Users, to respond to your enquiries and for other purposes set out in our privacy policy.\

1.2 We may disclose that information to third party service providers who help us deliver our NFT Marketplace (including information technology service providers, data storage, web-hosting and server providers, professional advisors, third party payment processors and our business partners) or as required by law. If you do not provide this information we may not be able to provide Users with access to our NFT Marketplace. In certain circumstances, we may disclose User’s personal information to third parties located, or who store data, outside EU.\

1.3 Our privacy policy contains further information about:\

(a) how we store and use User’s personal information;

(b) how Users can access and seek correction of your personal information;

(c) how Users can make a privacy-related complaint; and

(d) our complaint handling process.

1.4 By providing personal information to us, Users consent to us collecting, holding, using and disclosing their personal information in accordance with our privacy policy.\
